To make a portrait lifelike, more than one photo in different situations would be quite helpful.

I don't know the person i draw and probably have also no chance meet with him or her.

I cant say much about the personality, facial expressions, gesture - things characteristicly for a human as unique individual.

A photo is always a moment shoot...we not look always similar on every photo. Thats why more than one picture would help.

The template photo is useful, as long as the pupil of the eye is very good to recognize.

If you wish a celebrity portrait you either have the option to choose your own template or you leave the decision for me.

But even a celebrity is a person and should convince in typical and characteristic nature.

Compared to oil work I prefer the painting with acrylic.

Oil paintings very often have up to a year to dry till a special final varnish can be applied.

To speed up the process too much, it can cause the color to tears. It can also look splitted if the varnish gets used too soon.

Even without this varnish oel needs way longer to dry than acrylic. It is not recommended for "urgent" orders.

Acrylic serves the same purpose and is also health-friendly and more eco-friendly than oel.
